Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

BearFox is a small independent project run by one person. This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website (bearfox.dev).

The short version

If you join our launch list, we store your email address so we can tell you when a product launches. That is the only personal data this website collects, and we never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe or be removed at any time.

What we collect

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly and cookieless tool that counts page visits in aggregate. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not profile or identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To send you occasional updates about BearFox products you have expressed interest in – for example, when Tether or Orchard Pop Party launches. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Where it is stored

Email addresses are stored securely using Supabase (a hosted database provider), in a European data region. Access is restricted; the list cannot be read publicly.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the launch list is no longer needed – whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Just email quintin@mindmythos.fun and we will take care of it.

Our apps

BearFox desktop apps (VoiceOver, Smart Dictation) are designed to run offline on your own device. This website policy covers the website only; each app's data handling is described where the app is distributed.
